Terms and Privacy

Version 2026-11-04. These terms apply to AANP FNP Mastery at np-examprep.com, operated by Zeneth Pro LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

Membership: $25 per month, charged automatically every month until you cancel.

Cancelling: cancel anytime in your account. Access continues until your paid month ends and you are not charged again.

Refunds: all payments are final. There are no refunds or reimbursements for any month you have paid for, except where the law requires one.

1. What this is

AANP FNP Mastery is exam preparation for the AANP-CB Family Nurse Practitioner certification exam. It is educational only and is not medical advice. Guidelines change, so verify anything before applying it clinically. We do not promise that you will pass any exam. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners or the AANP Certification Board.

2. Membership and automatic billing

The membership costs $25 US per month. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method $25 on the day you subscribe and again each month on the same date, until you cancel. Your card statement will show NP EXAM PREP. Taxes are added where they apply. If the price ever changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change, and you can cancel before it applies.

Your access starts immediately after payment. You ask us to begin providing the course right away, and you agree that the service has been provided for that month once access is open to you, whether or not you use it.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. We may suspend your access if it cannot be collected.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without contacting anyone. Open your account and choose Manage subscription. If you cannot sign in, open a ticket and we will cancel for you. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the membership ends.

4. No refunds

All payments are final. Because the membership gives you immediate access to digital course material, we do not refund, credit or reimburse any payment, in whole or in part. This includes partly used months, months you did not use, not passing an exam, passing before your month ended, and forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.

This does not apply where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where we made an error, such as charging you twice or charging you after you cancelled. If that happens, open a ticket and we will correct it.

5. Billing problems and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, open a ticket first. That is the fastest way to resolve it, and a person will read it.

You agree not to dispute a charge you authorized for a month of access you received. If a dispute or chargeback is filed on your membership, we may suspend your access while it is open, and we may give your card issuer and Stripe the records described in section 6 to show that you agreed to these terms and received the service.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have by law, including your right to raise a genuine billing error or unauthorized charge with your card issuer.

To run the service, keep it secure, and respond to billing disputes, we keep these records and may share them with your card issuer and Stripe if a charge is disputed:

All chapters, questions, explanations, audio and video belong to us. Your membership is for your own personal study, and your account is for you alone. You agree not to:

If you break these rules, we may end your account immediately without a refund and pursue any remedy the law allows.

8. What your account includes at no charge

An account currently opens Chapters 1 and 2 and Practice Test 26 without payment. We may change what is included. Everything else requires a membership.

9. The iOS app

An iOS app is in development and will be included in the membership when it launches. We have not committed to a release date, and the membership is not a payment for the app alone.

10. Your account and your data

We store your email address, your optional phone number, your study progress and the records above so the site works across devices. Stripe handles card details, and we never see or store your full card number. We never sell your information. To delete your account, open a ticket.

Visitor analytics

When you visit the site we record your IP address, approximate location, network, device, browser, the pages you open and the site or ad that sent you, to understand and improve how people find and use the service. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which can record how you scroll and click on a page.

11. Communications

By creating an account, you agree that AANP FNP Mastery and Zeneth Pro LLC may email you about AANP FNP Mastery updates, such as new practice tests and new study material, and about other Zeneth Pro products and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We also send account and billing emails.

We only send you text messages if you check the box to receive them, either when you confirm your phone number or later in your account. Texts cover AANP FNP Mastery updates and offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of using the site, and we never share your phone number with anyone else for their marketing.

12. Limits on our liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam fees or lost income, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim arose.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies, and your continued membership after that date means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
